So I’ve been going to the gym at a more consistent clip.
Today the gym was essentially empty— it’s usually a little more crowded limiting what I can actually do— but today I went from three sets of exercises to six, which felt phenomenal.
Long Way to Go
I need to set a goal of going 6 days a week as Erik of Beyond the Todo List did when reassessing his life. He said that it isn’t a hard goal and that he set it high so that he is driven to go more than if he would have said 3 days, like I do.
I’m going to implement this and see how it goes. I’ll report back with my progress.
