…of working out in one week. I’m amazed at this because I’d never done it before, not even at the beginning of my journey 8 years ago. Too much work to get to the gym— taking a bus then walking up a hill to taking two buses for an hour and a half. Too many impediments to working out.
Now I’m in there, a five minute bus ride to and back. I did more yesterday than at any time last week, and increased the intensity. Felt muscles burning that had never hurt before. This habit thing is pretty cool. 😉
