After being awake for 26 hours because of lack of sleeping pills and then sleeping from 7pm-3am this morning, I went to the gym for the first time in a month. Depression is a bitch and because of it I stayed in the house for a week+, afraid to go out, sleeping for hours every day and staying up late working to avoid my depression over spending the holidays away from my family. Today though I braved the cold and went to the gym and killed triceps, biceps, and shoulders. I stayed there and pushed when I felt like leaving- I have been awake since 3 am you know. But it felt hella good.!
