Didn’t go to the gym today. It took me several hours to wake up and get rid of that stupid headache. I didn’t even want to go get food. Pretty ashamed, as it were. Just slept, because I was a.) tired and b.) because I didn’t fall asleep till 3 am. Oh, well. Next week will be better.

    1. They close at 9 and I have a 2 hour bus commute there. I’m thinking of going tomorrow, even though I know I’ll have some time to wait to come back home. Thanks for the comment! I’m going tomorrow. I hate excuses and I hate failing. So. To bed earlier and getting my squat on tomorrow. 🙂

      1. If you force yourself to get up in the morning, rather than sleeping in, your body will start to develop an actual sleep pattern, making it easier to get to sleep at night. Keep it up though and know the only way to success is actually wanting it for you, no one else!

      2. Thanks for the encouragement! I’m an insomniac so I take pills to sleep. Just have to remember to take them earlier than I did last night! Thanks. 🙂
