Had my cheat today without exercise. Doesn’t help that I’m running low on food but will be getting some Tuesday after school. Get some good, healthful food in the house, budgeting between meals and snacks for those long days at school. Tonight there is chicken to be had and a couple small potatoes. What’s on your plate for tonight?
