So far today has been productive. Haven’t been to the gym since Saturday but plan on going again tomorrow and Saturday. Got some good food in the house Monday and have been eating pretty well all week. School days are long and I get hungry so I actually tried the veggie and egg scramble with sweet potato hash browns. Today I had the same without the hash browns. They take time to make and I was late. Lol. Tonight some salmon and shrimp salad, jasmine rice. Going out start the long weekend off right. What are you guys doing to eat right and stay active this weekend?
